If you shipped your samples using the included prepaid shipping return label, your samples will arrive at the laboratory within approximately 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email and/or SMS as soon as the laboratory receives your samples.
If you recorded the tracking number of your return shipping label, you can track the status of your samples shipment on the USPS Tracking website.
