The DNA recollection kit is a blood card collection kit. If you do not wish to recollect your DNA sample using a blood card collection kit, please contact our Customer Support Team to request a buccal (cheek) swab recollection kit.
Please note that if the laboratory is unable to attain sufficient DNA from the buccal swabs again, then the test results will be released as-is and you may not proceed with recollection again.
